EsMini Tool – Global User Manual

The EsMini Tool is a portable hardware helper for TV repair technicians and electronics hobbyists. It combines IR remote tools, UART diagnostics and TCON/PMIC adjustment in a single product with multiple firmwares.

2. Bootloader & Modes

EsMini uses an SD-based bootloader to switch between different applications:

  • Main Tool firmware (UART + IR + TCON).
  • IR Learner firmware.
  • Game firmware (optional).

To enter bootloader, power on while holding the OK key. The mode highlight scrolls through available apps; release OK on the mode you want to flash and run.

3. SD Card Layout

/RC             # IR Remote profiles
/SM             # TV Service sequences
/ESMINI/CMD     # UART command lists (cmd.txt)
/ESMINI/TCON    # TCON dumps

Firmware binaries (uart.bin, addrem.bin, game.bin, etc.) should be placed directly inside /ESMINI/ so the bootloader can find them.
